Buildings play a significant role in energy use, carbon emissions, and environmental impact across their full life cycle. As standards, policy, and client expectations continue to evolve, there is increasing emphasis on designing buildings with sustainability in mind. This means reducing energy demand, limiting carbon emissions, and delivering healthy, resilient environments.
Our Sustainable Buildings team provides clear, practical advice to support low-energy, low-carbon building design from early concept through to delivery. We work with developers, designers, and project teams to integrate sustainability objectives into real-world projects.
Our services include BREEAM pre-assessments, Passivhaus design support, AECB-aligned low-energy strategies, and advice aligned with the UK Net Zero Carbon Buildings Standard. We focus on early-stage decision-making and performance-led outcomes, helping clients deliver on credible sustainability strategies so they can achieve planning, funding, and overall long-term performance.
