Schedules of Condition

Before you commence your project it may pay to record the condition of surrounding property and infrastructure in order to prevent any later claim that your works have caused damage.

We can assist you by providing a full photographic and written schedule noting defects and providing clear guidance on where each photograph was taken. We have found that clients of all types find this a useful investment which may also form part of your building contract.
