BUILDING SURVEYOR – Neighbourly Matters

We are looking to recruit an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor to our Neighbourly Matters department.

Being part of a dedicated team, you will carry out all aspects of neighbourly matters work including party wall, rights to light, schedules of condition, boundary disputes, oversail/access agreements etc. Working on a mixture of both residential and commercial projects you will predominately represent and advise our architect and developer clients on wide range of schemes from large city centre projects through to small domestic properties.

Ideally you will have at least 5 years PQE following your MRICS certification. You will have previously worked on a wide variety of neighbourly matters projects including party wall, boundary disputes, access agreements etc and ideally some right to light experience (however this is not essential). Expert Witness experience would also be advantageous. This is great opportunity for someone who is ambitious and wants to progress their career quickly within a friendly, supportive working environment.

The position is based in our Newark office however candidates living in London, holding relevant experience, would also be considered as much of the work is on large London projects.
